Shipping:
Your Slik Vik griddle product will be shipped directly to you by UPS and will be sent out the next business day (no shipping on weekends). The cost of your shipment will be automatically calculated with UPS shipping rates according to your location. If your shipping costs exceed $25.00, due to your location, we will reimburse your credit card for the shipping costs above the $25.00.
Returns:
At Slik Vik griddles we are committed to providing exceptional service and a quality product. We are so sure that you will be extremely satisfied with our product that if when you receive your griddle and or accessories if you have not used your griddle we will pay for the return shipping. All you have to do is contact us and we will send you the shipping labels necessary at no costs to you. When we receive the product we will reimburse your credit card.
